Pleasant little hotel right off the highway. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Rooms are clean and well stocked. The front desk is available to answer the phone anytime, day or night. Breakfast is on the counter right on time every morning, and the lobby frequently has cookies and other freshly baked goodies and coffee gratis throughout the day. Bathrooms are spacious with never-ending hot water. Housekeeping is respectful and responsive. Reasonable rates. To find the best comparison of room rates to surrounding properties and competing travel sites pricing, Google "Indianapolis hotels". Deposit required at check-in, ($150.00) payable by credit card, generally returned within two days of check-out. Convenient dining within walking distance.

Filthy! I didn't even take pictures of the hair from someone shaving at the sink in the tray under the ice bucket and cups, the stains on the carpet, or the fact the carpet wasn't even vacuumed! Pictures from two rooms. We were given a very slightly cleaner room after complaining about the first room. We had to change the stained sheets ourselves in the first room within minutes of checking in. The filth from the heater vent was blowing out all over the bed in the second room, again floor not vacuumed, and we had to fix the plugged toilet from previous guests. If I wasn't so desperate for sleep after staying up over 36 hours with a loved one in a nearby hospital we would have left and gotten our money back.

Pretty solid offerings. Polite and courteous staff. Updated accommodations and decor give it a very nice business class level vibe. Very close to shopping district and just a few minutes from downtown.

The cleanliness and staff were awesome! The breakfast was better then expected. The bed was super comfy and loved all the pillow options.

The hotel boats of 100% smoke free. However, our room had a horrible stale smoke smell that was nauseating. The staff was not accommodating about it. We asked for a new room and were told no. I had to ASK for spray to at least mask the smell a bit.

Stayed over here on a short trip to Indianapolis to visit friends. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was about as good as I have had in any hotel, so no complaints there. I liked the location, it was easy on and off the highway. Overall this was a positive experience.
